Orientation Macedonia World Baptist Missions 2004
Each year Macedonia World Baptist Missions conducts a week of concentrated Orientation Classes that are prepared by veteran missionaries. Each class is specifically designed to meet a particular need of the missionary. Here is a brief glimpse of some of the classes offered:
How to Start a Bible College
How to Train Leaders
How to Maintain Your Walk With God
Setting and Keeping Goals
How To Develop a Plan for Reaching Your Country
How to Avoid Becoming a Causality
All the classes are taught by veteran missionaries that have already proven themselves on the field. The mornings are scheduled for classes, the evenings are scheduled for services. Local churches join the missionaries each evening for a wonderful time of singing and gathering around the Word of God.
ORIENTATION 2004
Orientation 2004 was held in the new Missionary Heritage Center on the grounds of Macedonia World Baptist Missions headquarters in Hoschston, Georgia. Pastors from Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee and North Carolina preached each evening. God used this time to confirm in the hearts of many of these missionaries the tremendous need to reach this world for Christ. The theme of every message had a central cord, to evangelize the world while there is time and the doors of opportunity remain open. Missionary families committed themselves anew to be faithful to the task God has called them to do, to reach the world with the Gospel of Jesus
Christ.
