These families are available to come to your church and share their burden of what God has called them to do in their respective field of service. (Itinerary permitting)

Deputation means the missionary is visiting churches, sharing the burden God has given them for the people and work in a particular field or country.  It usually means these missionaries haven't served in this country yet and are raising the needed prayer and financial support to live in their country of service, dedicating themselves to a full time ministry. 

Deputation is usually for a duration of two to three years but can take longer in some cases.
